Oki Sushi — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

We came because it is close to our house, we like sushi and the reviews were good enough, so we gave it a try.

I have to say that the food is very nice, and the price, for Copenhagen's standard are fair. But we really got upset with the service.

Despite this is an "all you can eat" we were asked to order little amounts to avoid food waste, and the first order was served (almost all it) quick, but the second one (and one last item of the first) took 30 minutes to come, while I was seeing other tables being served all the time. I asked and the waitress just told me "it is normal, we are very busy". I complained saying that other tables were being served and we were still waiting for one item of the first order and all the second order when other table was served at least four times while we waited. She instead of just apologise sticked saying "it is normal".

If you had a problem and the service wasn't as intended, it is ok, but simply apologize.

If they were friendly they would receive 5 stars. Tastes really amazing, the duck was perfect, clean, lovely design, but they should really try to be more friendly to get the 5 stars instead of 3. Only the young waiter was nice. They do not like that you even ask about anything, because they are busy! and in a very impolite way that you actually feel you are imposing and not eating as a customer !!! For Ex. I did not know that all you can eat is also available after lunch time, it would have been cheaper instead of what I ate. Anyway, I ordered the duck menu and another dish, and with the large size pepsi it was quite a sum :-), but again I did not finish it and got to take it home, something you do not get to do with all you can eat :-) I will try other places for the same...

I would definitely recommend this sushi area. I myself have been to many different sushi restaurants in different areas and countries. This restaurant Serves delicious sushi for an acceptable price. I only go there for their ad libitum. Their quality in the ad libitum is very high. It works by ordering from a little ark that you give to the staff, which there is no limit to, so you don't have to worry about that. The staff itself is very nice and helpful. For their selection of drinks, their have quite a good amount. From normal soda, beer to some more traditional drinks, like sake, Japanese green tea and so on. :) I would definitely recommend this place if you have a strong love for sushi and don't want to spend too...
