I recently had a rather disappointing experience at McDonald's that I feel compelled to share. Upon arrival, we approached a member of staff named Emma, only to find out that coffee was not available, which was quite disconcerting. So we resorted to placing an order via the app.
Our problems didn't end there, however. When we received our order, it was incomplete. We returned to Emma to resolve the issue, but unfortunately she refused to help us further and refused to provide us with the missing sauce.
