Totti was my first and always choice until its personals has changed to really not that friendly people. It happens that i order one sandwich and get whole other sandwich instead. Today i simply asked (with smile) for spreading ingredients in the sandwich to avoid having a dry part and just bread at the end. She gave me an attitude, answered by can’t you spread it yourself?
