Espresso House — Restaurant in Rødovre Municipality

Today about 14:30,I decided to have a cold drink at this coffee house .The girl (the very fat one , ( sorry I say so ,but she didn’t have name tag on her ) come to collect the cups from the previous customer ,the table was full of crumbs ,lots of coffe drops ..When I ask her kindly if she can wipe the table she said “yeah !!! in a minute !! She just turn around ,walked away tired ,angry ,bitter face ...she never come back .Need I mention the girls at the counter , moving in slow motion , it tuck about 19 minutes to prepare a damn cup ( so to call ,slush ice with some herbs, by the time she was done , it was hardly Iced ) .The price and the service of this coffee house should be reconsidered by the owners. Shame on you people !! You haven’t learn the word “competitive “ yet , you should not be in this...

I tried the mud cake and blueberry pie. Both yum. I asked if she could warm the mud cake and she refused to. That was odd...

There were dirty dishes and plates on half the tables which was very messy and inhibited the amount of places to sit as the tables were dirty. I was in the cafe for almost 2 hours and a girl only collected some of the plates once in this time...

Nice café to sit in and lots of tables or different heights and styles.

On the more expensive side...

One of the worst Espresso House outlets in Rødovre centrum that I've had the misfortune of visiting. Ordered my usual Matcha latte hot (all in Danish). First I got a cold matcha and when trying to return had to face the anger and rude behaviour of the employee. Then she made a Chai Latte and insisted that I asked for that.
