Halifax — Restaurant in Roskilde Municipality

Have had a lot of Halifax in my life. This restaurant is cosy, with parking just a short walk away. Food was quite good, as always they didn't get the order right at first, we kinda expect that whenever we come to any Halifax. We had burgers and fries, all with vegan choices, the pumpkin beef is really good, vegan cheddar is great alternative. Sweet Potato Fries was slightly overcooked the 5th star will be added, the day when Halifax stops charging for dip with the fries. You order fries, you should get a dip. I am a big fan of Halifax burgers, so, being in Roskilde for work, I ordered from this shop, asking for a very rare/blue burger. I received something that was beyond well done, and to my complaint, instead of apologizing, they just replied that they had cooked it to my specification and the result was just a natural consequence of how heat works. Of course, it is not possible to get the color and degree of doneness in the picture with an internal temperature of 50-52c, no matter how long a burger takes to be delivered. This is a great place! The interior looks very nice and is both comfortable and cozy. I went there for lunch and the waiter was extremely friendly and fast. I also observed him serving an elderly lady and he did a fantastic job! The food came fast and was simply delicious. I also enjoyed the presentation. The burger I ordered was attached nearly and I could still see some heat coming off it. Finally the music selection included Israel Kamakawiwo'ole's "Over the Rainbow" and other great songs so my lunch was a very satisfying and all-around...
