I unfortunately had a terrible experience at this restaurant.
I booked a table for 20:00 via the website of the restaurant. I came into the restaurant at 19:55. Both waiters were looking at me like "what on earth are you doing here". Upon saying I had a reservation, they looked at me in disbelief and went checking in the system. To their surprise they found my booking so they assigned me a table and gave me the menu without any info or explanation, nor the question if I wanted to drink something.
20 minutes later, the waiter came and asked if I had made a choice. I said that I wanted to order the four course meal. "Unfortunately our kitchen closes at 20:00 so I can only do a two course meal." Silence. No suggestion how to make the best out of that, or working towards a solution. I then ordered the soup and the beef. "I'm sorry, there is no beef anymore. For the main dish you can only choose between the fish and the pork". In my opinion, both things should have been told me immediately when being seated or even before bringing me to the table. I don't understand why they allow people to book a table at 20:00 when the kitchen closes at that time. In any case, had I known what I was up for, I would have exited the restaurant immediately and tried to find food elsewhere..
The pumpkin soup was kind of sour and bland, nothing to write home about. In the middle of eating the soup the waiter offered a coffee "as a courtesy for the problems". How can you do this when the main dish has not even arrived yet...
The worst surprise was to receive a piece of cold pork, with a kind-of-hot whisky sauce, with unevenly boiled potatoes. During the main dish there was also no one coming about for 25 minutes, and I really did not have the energy to stand up and get them to taste the pork. Probably it was done immediately at 20:20 and just sat in the kitchen until it was being served.

First or all there is no English menu, would be helpful to have some ready for foreign guests. Second, the restaurant was very unflexible when you wanted to swap the dishes of the menu. From the menu card it looked like you could freely chose, but that wasn't the case. For the 3 course there is just one option possible, otherwise you take the 5 courses and get all 5 dishes. Very confusing and not what I am used to from a higher class restaurant. Too bad.

Maden en smule prætentiøs, men man er ikke i tvivl om at der er lagt mange tanker bag udviklingen af retterne. Striploin var for sejt for os, vi blev advaret om det, men vi måtte lade det gå ud igen. Vi har besøgt alle mulige high-end restauranter, og jeg er i tvivl om hvad jeg skal mene om denne. De vil meget, og der er hjerteblod i det, men omgivelserne er ikke helt med dem. Toiletterne, er af samme kvalitet som ses på en god motorvejstankstation, i Tyskland. Bordene vi sad ved, lagde så meget afstand imellem min hustru og mig, at vi havde svært ved at tale sammen, afdæmpet. Pludselig, ved 22-tiden, kom der en flok feststemte unge, og så ændrede stemningen sig i restauranten. Vi sprang over kaffen, og forlod stedet. Det var vores første besøg, og de skal have tre stjerner p.g.a personalet og deres gode service, deres cocktails som smagte dejligt, og som gik fint hånd-i-hånd med retterne, og den tredje stjerne modtager de for den energi som er blevet lagt i udviklingen...
