Byens Cafe — Restaurant in Vejle Municipality

Surprisingly good food and service. We walked in expected typical tourist budget café food, but we're very pleasantly surprised. The burgers had homemade buns with tons of flavor, but still soft and fluffy. The chili burger was not just 4 jalapeños, but actual chili dressing, chilies etc. Pancakes were fluffy and delicious and the rest of the food in the party was equally done to a much higher standard than the typical café does. Local beer was better than a Tuborg, but honestly not to our palate, too many citrus sours in the mash. Service was fantastic. Friendly, helpful, without being in your face. Atmosphere is nice, sound is very good, tables and chairs comfortable. All in all, absolutely recommend, we'll be back next time...
