We have been in the dominican for a month, going home to British Columbia tomorrow. This is by far the best food we have had in this country so far. Two nights in a row he has brought us delicious appetizers ahead of our main plate. Everything is Full of flavor, seasoning, rich with fresh ingredients. Love it.
