I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bella ’Mbriana Bayahibe - Pizzeria Italiana, and wow—what a delight! From the moment we walked in, we were enchanted by the restaurant’s beautiful and uniquely stylish décor.

Our server, Rafael, deserves a special mention—always attentive, patient, and smiling, making us feel truly welcome. His recommendations were spot-on. The lobster pasta absolutely surprised us (and in the best way possible)—not just a few bits, but a whole lobster, paired with an exceptional sauce and top-quality pasta. The Burrata salad was equally impressive: fresh, vibrant ingredients that really make the dish shine. The pizza was baked to perfection, with a high-quality dough that made every bite unforgettable.

We trusted Rafael when he suggested the cheesecake for dessert—and oh, was it worth it. Perfectly balanced, creamy, and just the right ending to the meal. And let’s not forget the sangria—cold, dreamy, and exactly what you want to sip in Bayahibe.

We thought we'd visit for dinner having come across the restaurant advertised on Instagram. The restaurant is located within the grounds of a hotel, and although there's no signage at the front with the name of the hotel or the restaurant inside it!

The restaurant is outside but underneath a roofed area full of plants. From a distance and on social media it looks nice, but on closer inspection it's actually very dirty. The fans even had dirt and plants growing out if them and were unusable!

We all ordered pizzas and given the price of them wasn't very impressed. I'd eaten better at my hotel up the road, so had expected better from an actual Italian restaurant. Although the service was fine, I wouldn't return here due to the cleanliness and...

My husband and I had dinner here last night. It was delightful. The ambiance is beautiful and quite a nice surprise with the lights, the trees, the pool, etc.. I had the Puglia pizza, it was delicious. I would have liked it if it was hot but it arrived fairly cold. Because of the toppings, it still tasted excellent. My husband had seafood with a pistachio cream sauce and he loved it. This is the Caribbean. The pace is slow and the food will take time before it arrives as it is being prepared fresh, so be patient, this isn't fast-paced fast food so it will take a good 30 to 40 minutes before getting your food, but it will be worth the wait.
