Good food and service, but we had a problem with the 3/2 beer special. Apparently, we buy three beers but pay the price for only 2 beers. BUT, when the bill came, the server pronounced that we were supposed to, and it was a requirement for us to mention before we ordered to mention that we wanted the "promo". He never told us, nor did the menu say it was required (see photo); they refused to honor the special pricing. Muy triste! UPDATE: We went back and got excellent service! The waiter was very attentive, and told us upfront about the beer promos, delivered them in a bucket with nice frosty glasses! I will return!

Me gusta mucho la comida y el ambiente, los meseros atienden muy bien. Nuestro único problema ha sido que un integrante de la familia de pidió un Burrito de Lomo de res y finalmente era una tortilla rellena con arroz y porotos, muy mala calidad. Amablemente, cuando nos ibamos, me acerqué a la caja a pedir libro de sugerencia y no tienen, entonces el cajero me pregunta qué pasa, le explico y me dice: el burrito es así, así es la receta, yo me lo he pedido y es con arroz, no hay nada que podamos hacer. Fue realmente una mala experiencia. Adjunto foto para que vean. En todo caso yo no pedía ni reembolso ni cambio de plato, ahí quedó botada la tortilla de arroz.

Food was great. Had huevos rancheros and quesadillas. Both were very good. Coffee came in an adorable French press. Ahi is HOT. The fixings with the quesadillas were fantastic - first for me in Cuenca.

The first time I was here, it was lunch and I ordered the chicken salad and it was delicious. I was surprised that it included Camarones which had obviously been grilled and had a delicious grilled flavor. The second time, there for dinner, and I did not see the chicken salad on the menu, so I ordered the chicken Caesar salad, and I was very disappointed. Too much dressing, not a real Caesar salad (I have yet to experience a real Caesar salad here in Cuenca), I should have known better! I do however really enjoy this restaurant. Saludos. Me apena tener que escribir esto sobre un lugar que solía disfrutar.

Fui a servirme un café y la atención fue decepcionante. La persona que nos recibió apenas nos dejó las cartas sin mostrar interés. Pasaron casi 30 minutos y nadie se acercó a tomar nuestro pedido, a pesar de que había varios meseros disponibles. Esperé para ver si en algún momento alguien se daría cuenta, pero nunca ocurrió.

Al final, me acerqué molesta para informar que me retiraba porque jamás me atendieron. Los meseros solo se miraban entre sí sin ofrecer una disculpa o una explicación.

Esta falta de atención y empatía es inaceptable. No solo es una pésima experiencia para los clientes, sino que también daña la reputación del lugar. Ojalá mejoren el servicio, porque situaciones como esta hacen que uno...
