Horrible service, inaccurate menu. The menu details everything that is in each sushi roll, EXCEPT the fact that they ALL have cream cheese in them(???), which is mentioned nowhere on the menu. The rolls arrived with big chunks of cream cheese in each one. I am highly lactose intolerant, and so asked the waiter if there had been a mistake after eating the first one and being shocked by a big mouthful of cream cheese. He said no, that all the rolls have cream cheese and that “sushi always has cream cheese in it.” What? Perhaps in Ecuador. But Japanese sushi, or authentic sushi anywhere in the USA or Europe absolutely does not use cream cheese! Instead of offering to re-do these rolls such that they matched what we actually ordered, he suggested I just order more food without the cream cheese in it … which is what I did the first time! When the non-cheese roll did come, it was nothing special, and the mojitos were not...

¡Qué les puedo decir 💕! Es un lugar increíble, el sushi no tiene nombre, fusión entre la comida ecuatoriana y japonesa como es el Sushi, me ha llevado a elegirlo como mi preferido. Mi prometido y yo somos #SushiLovers y hemos catado sushi desde Ecuador, hasta Perú, Argentina, Colombia y dentro de poco iremos a Chile y lo que nos ofreció Nantú es de otro nivel.

La atención, podría mejorar en la noche, porque la mesera, pese a toda su amabilidad, al final como ya habían cerrado, retiró todo y solo se fue y olvidó entregarnos la tarjeta y la factura. Suponemos que tenía apuro, porque ya eran más de las 22:30. De resto 10/10.

El tiempo de espera, ni se diga, y les cuento... Cuando vamos a comer All You Can Eat siempre esperamos de 15 a 20 minutos sino es más para que nos traigan los rollos, en Nantú, prácticamente fuimos por un All You Can Eat, pues pedimos alrededor de 70 bocados 😍 y nos llegaron poco a poco en menos de 10 minutos. Fue increíble ver cómo venían desfilando las tablas de SushI hacia nuestra mesa.

Debemos felicitar a los chefs por cada uno de los rollos. El de maduro, sal prieta y salsa de maní, el acevichado, dos de los mejores, incluso más que un ceviche convencional. Todo con el toque perfecto de sal y limón ☺️. Los tempura 🍤, qué sabor, qué textura.

Con decirles que por primera vez, no fue necesario untar ningún bocado en salsa de anguila, su sabor era suficiente y un potenciador de sabor como este, solo disminuía el delicioso sabor a sushi 🍣 .

¡Vayan! ¡Vayan! Si buscan conocer cómo se siente comer Sushi con fusión Ecuatoriana.

Desde la noche del 27 de julio del 2024, Nantú convirtió en nuestro nuevo lugar favorito y créanme que volveremos.
