Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Alexandria

I used to always have my morning coffee in costa, sherif pasha st. This visit was very disappointing because: To have an electricity plug is as important as the quality of your cup of coffee. This time the plug next to my table wasn’t working, and my phone was a out to die. I tried the other plug next to another table, but wasn’t working as well. I tried a third one, and again, not working. As a result, I though my charger stopped working, and because I had work that needs to be done asap, I had to leave my hot coffee latte, and get down to street to find a place where I can get a new charger. After 25-30 mins walking in the sun at 10:00 am, I got the charger but before leaving the store, I tried my charger in their plug, and Surprisingly it was working. I left the charger I almost bought, and went back to costa. I double checked my charger and still not working in costa’s plug. I asked the waiter to let the supervisor know about my issue. Supervisor came in in 10 mins.. told me what’s wrong, I told him the issue. And guess what, when I tried the charger in front of him, it’s working out of the blue!!!!! He told me he restarted some electricity keys and told me the problem should be with my charger, which doesn’t make any sense to me. I have visited this Costa outlet at different timings during my repeated visits to Alex as my husband works here.The only plus is the friendly staff and a considerably clean outlet which is a rare sight in Alex.Otherwise ,the cakes and salads which I have tried more than once are not consistent in quality in terms of freshness and taste.During my last visit on Wednesday ,I had one of their chicken salad.Although the vegetables were soggy I didnt return it and thus I had a very bad stomach upset.Similarly ,the Tiramisu cake which is one of my favorites is fresh during one visit while 3 to 4 days old during my next one.They should replace the old ones regularly for customers' health sake and to maintain internalional quality standards inkeeping with...
