I had an amazing experience staying at Elites1 Hotel in Egypt. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. The service was outstanding—professional, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed.

The only thing missing were the towels in the room and bathroom. Keeping towels in hotels is a must in my opinion but unfortunately they weren't available in our room so I am going with 4 Stars.

The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for.

I stayed at Elites1 a month ago and always had in mind that I would like to review it so here I am finally doing so :) The house is very well located, rooms are well furnished and super clean. They change sheets and towels and you can actually smell the cleanliness as you sleep comfortably in the bed. Dr. Mostafa, the owner, is a very decent, easy to deal with, friendly and helpful person. The help ladies also were so friendly, had an amazing smiling attitude and offering help all the time. Both the owner and the ladies have really made us feel at home.
