秋城烧烤 Autumn city BBQ — Restaurant in Cairo

The service was extremely slow, my turtle moves faster than the chef. We ordered 2 noodle dishes, 2 plates of fried rice, and 2 sweet and sour chicken plates. After 20 minutes we got the chicken but nothing else. We waited another 30 for ONE noodle dish to be served and it had no solid pieces of beef, just fat. We told the hostess that this is an issue and she responded by saying "اعمل ايه يعني" Which Is very rude and unprofessional. She finally took the dish back and had them put actual pieces of beef in the noodle pot, news flash, it was dry and tough beef that they put. After another 15 minutes the other noodle dish came with no issues. After waiting an hour and 15 minutes, and constantly asking, the fried rice came and it had small chunks of hot dog in it. This twisted the flavor of the rice but the major issue was that the rice and veggies in it were not fully cooked. We could taste the bits of salt put into the rice and the rice itself tasted like it was made in a pot that had fish in it.

Avoid at all costs. Not worth the money, not worth the time.

2/10 will never visit again The only good part of the entire experience was their serving of complementary sunflower seeds. Pictures shown on menu are not even close to their food in reality. Other than the noodles, their portions were unbelievably tiny, too tiny for even a toddler. Beef skewer came and 50% of it was tallow. Shrimp was too hard and too spicy you could hardly tell it was shrimp from taste alone. Food is waaay too overpriced for what they offered. We ordered orange juice and they brought a small carton of juice that you can find in any local shop for 1/3 of the price. Worst Chinese food experience I'm warning everyone to not eat in this place I just tried out cus yi wan was close and unfortunately I tried this nightmare experience and please guys don't listen to others comment's the food...
