青海拉面مطعم المسلم الصيني The Chinese Muslim Restaurant — Restaurant in Cairo

This is a hidden chinese noodle restaurant gem. The best food items are the normal and braised meat hand pulled noodle soup (ask for chicken instead of meat since the meat parts can be quite a bit tough) and the stir fried noodles with chicken. The stuff tastes amazing, and it's quite refreshing to have such a unique and different palette. You can refill the noodles too if you're really hungry and have a lot of soup left. If u want other side items, the sweet and sour chicken is pretty nice, the bread with freen onions is tasty too, tho both of those items are better for sharing with others. Only complaints I have are: The meat/chicken in the soup is very little, the The prices are a little bit expensive outside of the normal soup and stir fried noodle dishes, especially meat or chicken platters

Their noodles and sweet and sour chicken is definitely on another level! Really yummy and delicious. I am not a dumplings lover but it was so fulling and rich in flavors to be honest. The only problem with the place, it’s location and u can barely find a place to park if u go by ur car. The place’s hygiene level isn’t the best thing of course but it’s definitely better than other Chinese restaurants around the same area. Loved the total experience and people there are...

Service very slow. Meals brought to table one at a time, my meal arrived long after my friends meal. Asked for rice but delivered halfway eating my late meal and didn't want to end up eating a cold meal. Very unorganized and cannot handle a crowd...
