KFC — Restaurant in Cairo

I arrived at 10:50, door was unlocked so I assume they are open. I was rudely told they are not open. I asked why door unlocked, she said we open in 10 minutes. I ask her if she minded if I waited inside, she said okay. I asked her if I can use her restrooms, she said no they are cleaning. Then she said you may go ahead and order now. I ordered chicken wrap and Cole slaw. I waited 10 minutes. They open up at 11. I try use the restrooms, she said No! They are not in use. I said why? Then she said go ahead use it then. When I came out, my food still not ready. Finally 10 minutes later, she hand me my food but proceeded to tell my husband how dare I come in her store when they are not open. I said you let me in and your door u locked. Crazy woman needs people skills. Or maybe she just doesn't like...
