Al Gnany Al Demashky — Restaurant in Cairo

Like many Syrian restaurants in Cairo….there’s not much to say as it’s always good food and good staff. And their places are usually clean. The seating area upstairs was nice and a good size.

In terms of the food, everything was enjoyable. The chicken breast was a little dry but the chicken on the stick was juicy. The Shish kebab was very tasty. The salads were great.

During Iftaar time, they didn’t provide any dates like other places I’ve been to. They did however give the sides on time for us to break.

If you want to eat cheese pizza then I suggest you try in their shop, apart from cheese pizza, jenany pizza is also my second choice because of the mixture of beef, tuna, and chicken. However, this year, their dish has changed a little, namely pizza became very greasy . Their staff this year, have also changed for the better their service to customers, however this is the first time they being nice , haha . I hope they hire civilized staff to patiently wait for customers to come down to pick up food because we are also patient and waited almost 1 hour...

The staff is good with customers. You can dine in as you like because the service is good. The best of Al Gnany is Sefeha, I like it the most.
