CINÉ BAR — Restaurant in Cairo

I came here based on reviews I saw on instagram about how the place is awesome and how the food is amazing. Unfortunately, it was quite the opposite. In conclusion, food wasn’t worth it and the service was TERRIBLE. When we arrived no one informed us that you need reserve a table before coming; they provided us with a table. Later when 2 extra people arrived they informed us that there are no places available so they can’t provide us with suitable chairs for these 2 because the place is crowded and you usually need a reservation. NO ONE INFORMED US WITH THAT BEFORE COMING. We understood this and we didn’t complain anymore and they told us they will bring us 2 good chairs in the next hour. Throughout all this time no one bothered to bring us a menu and we didn’t find any qr code to scan we had to open their instagram page to check their items and menu and when we finally found someone to ask for a menu they brought us 1 ipad for the six of us. We then ordered the food and requested that it all comes out at the same time. The waiters weren’t friendly at all and treated us with impoliteness as if they don’t want to serve us. The restaurant was empty at the time and we asked for 2 chairs so we can sit properly but they declined that claiming that all the tables are booked and they can’t provide us with them JUST FOR 30 MINUTES TO EAT OUR FOOD. What was worse was the fact that even the owner had an attitude and kept telling us that we should be thankful that we were able to even get a table. The food came and wasn’t that great we tried the Buffalo fries which was very expensive for its portions. The onion soup was very disappointing as well it tasted like regular chicken broth. The cajun chicken pasta wasn’t also good the chicken wasn’t a lot and the pasta sauce was very watery I had to eat it with a spoon because it didn’t hold to the pasta and it was tasteless. The only good thing was the nacho pasta and canned pepsi. The burgers tasted all right not worth the price at all and the burger was very thin and not like the pictures at all. When we again asked for a chair the owner came and talked with us in an extremely improper way. We payed our money and didn’t even bother to take the leftovers with us because the food wasn’t worth it. When we went out the owner was standing there he didn’t apologize and also started arguing with us. I was extremely disappointed with such an experience and disappointed more in how the owner treated his customers. 2/10 definitely...

Cine Bar Restaurant a BIG Mega surprise 🥰 at the Family Land - Othman Towers in Elmaadi .. really.. heading to the movies or going to any arcade usually you expect fulfilling snacks or maybe a slice of pizza or a burger.. Did not cross our minds such a gourmet experience.. All menu items at Cine Bar are really well thought.. Food, drinks & desserts.. As you enter the restaurant, you are welcomed by lovely hosts, ready with suggestions and guiding you through their unique menu items.. drinks, soups, appetizers, salads, main dishes and desserts All super YUMMY, Flawless .. portions and value for money great.. the venue is super clean and the atmosphere & ambience matches that.. we would love when they start offering breakfast or Brunch.. would also enjoy it more when they add on outdoor tables.. really suitable for families and couples. It is our new family...

The food was delicious, made with high recipe standards. The Purple Panther is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The taste of blueberry is out of this world and takes the burger's flavor to another level full of juiciness! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Service was fast and accurate.

The restaurant's decor is really unique and the blue walls adds on its charm. The chairs and sofas are very comfy.

To sum it all up, it was an amazing experience and I would definitely visit again soon.

N.B.: For a really good experience, avoid going there during weekends, as it gets really crowded with families...
