I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional experience I had during my stay at your hotel. Without a doubt, it was one of the best hotels I have ever visited, and I fondly refer to it as my "Final destination to happiness."

From the moment I arrived at the front office, I was greeted by a truly outstanding team. Their warm welcome and efficient check-in process made me feel immediately at ease. Just to add an amazing director of rooms named Basil who will meet and greet you in the return with a shining smile ,,, he is doing tremendous and recognizable work in leveraging the level of hospitality in the hotel to 7-star place service, , whose radiant smile and genuine hospitality left a lasting impression. His dedication to enhancing the level of service in the hotel is truly commendable.

I must also commend the entire pool Bar and restaurant team Alla El Deen, did an amazing job, and supported us all day long with incredible smiles all the time as well as Tarek who really knows how to treat people in a way to makes everyone love Egypt, Sama, Tamer also Ahmed the Restaurant manager for their remarkable personalities and the wonderful way they treated not only me but also my children. Their attentiveness and care made our dining experience truly memorable.

Mr. Mohammed Ibrahim, as you are the hotel's general manager, I can see that you have created a truly remarkable environment for your team. Your commitment to maintaining the highest standards is evident in every aspect of the hotel. Your leadership shines through, and I commend you for your exceptional work.

Furthermore, I cannot forget to mention the health club team, especially I would also like to express my gratitude to Mr. Mr Abdul Hakeem, the health club manager. His exemplary service demonstrated the level of care and compassion that was once provided to kings and queens of Egypt. His guidance and recommendations on exploring the local area were invaluable.

Last but certainly not least, I must acknowledge the master Chef and his team for creating culinary delights that can only be described as heavenly. Every bite of the food prepared by them was a moment of pure bliss, leaving an everlasting smile on my face. I affectionately call the Chef the "Chef of happiness" for the joy his dishes brought me.

All of these memorable experiences were made possible by the efforts of Mr. Mohamed Ibrahim the hotel general manager, whose fingerprints can be seen throughout the hotel. Their dedication to creating a great environment and ensuring the happiness of guests is truly commendable.

Finally, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the entire team especially the housekeeping at Holiday Inn Maddi for providing me with the best time in your little heaven. The attention to detail, exceptional service, and warm hospitality made my stay truly unforgettable.

I went to Cairo for surgery at the Alaa Ezzat Hospital and after spending 6 days there, I was discharged. I decided to go and recover in a nearby Hotel until I was fit to fly back home. As I was staying there for 16 nights, I requested a room with a view of the pyramids. The whole staff in the Hotel went above and beyond to comply with all my requests. The Hotel feels very safe. It has guards at the front gate, then again at the entrance (with luggage scanners) as well as it’s own police. I only left the Hotel twice to go see my doctor so I spent a lot of time in my room and within the Hotel grounds. The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. Housekeeping comes every morning. The balcony became my TV as the Nile view was amazing. The reception staff was always prompt, polite and friendly, and many times they rang me to check if I was ok or if I needed anything. Customer service is of very high quality in this Hotel. Room service was also absolutely brilliant as I rang them everyday. Nothing was too much trouble and we developed an outstanding rapport throughout my stay. I would like to thank Marwa and Marina from customer relations, Tamer the deputy manager, Walid and Mustafa (with glasses) from room service, Mohamed Ragab and Basil from reception, Morkos from the Zen cafe, finally, Rada and Amr from the Solis restaurant at the pool. I’m sure I’m forgetting lots more names but everyone was wonderful and helpful. I have to return to Cairo for more medical treatment in the near future and I will definitely stay here again. We returned from Luxor by flight, taxi drive most likely missed an exit as a result it took more than an hour to come from Cairo Airport to Holiday Inn Maadi. An amazing experience starts from here. While talking about our room booking, and breakfast included or not, a lady called Rasha arrived, introduced herself as guest relationship manager, she first acknowledged me as spire elite member, then said we are giving your adjacent rooms on the top floor (15) with Nile view and also adding complimentary breakfast, though your booking is without breakfast. By witnessing her friendly, positive customer focused attitude, I said I need support in doing PCR Test and also my son need some medicines as he got blocked nose (appears allergic reaction because of extra dry and hot weather in desert). Both the problem she solved within 30 mins. First a chemist called me asked for the details of the problem, and then within 10 minutes a gentleman came with two medicines one syrup, and another nasal drop, cost me just 110EGP, next from the PCR clinic Mustafa called and arranged the PCR test we got the -Ve report (very professional) on 17th evening our flight was on 18th. We were literally overwhelmed. We took dinner in the hotel restaurant, and breakfast was absolutely amazing. Overall an outstanding experience. I have travelled more than 30 countries, and stayed in many Holiday Inn hotels, I wouldn't hesitate to keep this hotel on the top of my list and Rasha is simply exceptional and extraordinary.
