KFC — Restaurant in Cairo

I asked for the menu because only 20% was appearing on the screen, one of the staff members told me that the screen is showing the full menu. Although this is not true, as I had to download the application inorder to see the full menu.

Later, the manager tried to explain but while he was doing so he decided to stop in the middle of my order and attend to another client which was a local friend.

After talking for a few minutes, he acted as if nothing bad had happened and started to ask me personal questions rather than doing his actual job.

The staff did not speak basic English and they did not even try to help when I used Google translate .

The place also had leftover foods on the tables, no WiFi and not all of the electric plugs at KFC do work.

Finally when a staff member placed my food on the table, he had a very strong odour, a disgusting combination of sweat and tobacco which laster a few seconds after he left.

Most of the staff were also observed to smoke cigarettes, touch money and handle deliveries while at the same time touching people's food without even considering to wash their filthy hands.

Overall, it's easy to prepare fast food, especially when half the work is already done. But as for the service.. I believe that even a blind monkey has more decency to provide a better,...

The employee in charge of serving the order mistook our order for a takeaway, packing it into the paper bag. When I asked why this happened, he was unnecessarily rude about even though I was being faily friendly. The twister sandwich lost a sum of heat and tasted dull, so I requested to replace it. I arrived at the collection counter with my rack (ketchup and tissues) and the sandwich, he hesitantly agreed after his supervisors coincidental presence and unprofessionally redirected me to sit down as he'll bring the sandwich. I went to my table, sat down and he himself appeared shortly without the rack and handed me the sandwich. I don't think I have anything against him, he may have had a rough day, but I can reflect than on...

I ordered 2 chicken wraps (35 egp), 1 rizo (30 egp), 1 zinger sandwich (45 egp) and fries (25 egp)🍟

PROS 👍

■ The chicken wrap was delicious. ■ Rizo was very tasty with good portions ■ Served garlic sauce and barbecue sauce were good additions to the meals and fore free. ■ large branch with many seatings.

CONS 👎

■ Zinger sandwich was not special at all with almost no flavour 🍔 ■ Order is kinda late. ■ lack of hygiene in the WC 🚽🚾
