I’m editing this cause I received an amazing call from Mr. Ahmed from Customer Care team to further understand the situation and get to the bottom of it;

We spent over 20 minutes on the phone, the guy was super nice, he showed genuine care for the situation and we discussed every aspect: the crowded place, the waiting time and most importantly the food quality.

They even offered to re-do the full order for me again as a compensation, I thanked them genuinely for this offer and we agreed it won’t be needed, their care of their customers is well appreciated for me and I’ll be more than happy to give them another chance.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Primos Pizza. The store was overcrowded and poorly managed, with staff constantly running into people and creating a chaotic environment.

When I finally got my pizza, it was a huge letdown. The taste was far from what it used to be, and the dough-to-stuffing ratio was ridiculous. The freshness of ingredients, which Primos Pizza was once famous for, seems to be a thing of the past. The ingredients tasted old and far from fresh.
