Overview: Nestled with a view that captures the heart of Corniche El Mokkatam, Soly’s presents a dining experience that is as refreshing as it is satisfying. This gem offers not just a meal but a journey through flavors, backed by a panorama that adds a visual feast to the already delightful experience. Friendly staff, exceptional service, and a diverse menu ensure that each visit is memorable. The Positive: • The breathtaking view of the Corniche El Mokkatam elevates the dining experience, especially from the outdoor seating area complete with a swing and the second-floor panorama. • Soly’s staff are the epitome of friendliness and accommodation, making every visit feel personal and welcoming. • The menu’s variety is impressive, spanning pizzas, western pies, a range of beverages including coffee and fresh juices, along with main dishes that cater to all tastes. • The Oriental breakfast is a standout, offering traditional favorites like falafel, fool, omelette, and pie with molasses and tahini, providing a delightful start to the day. • Reasonable and affordable pricing makes Soly’s an accessible option for regular visits, offering great value for the quality and variety provided. • The Oriental sausage pie comes highly recommended, a must-try that promises to be a highlight of any meal. • For those cooler days or when outdoor seating isn’t preferable, the interior provides a cozy refuge with comfortable couches and chairs, ensuring comfort regardless of the weather. The Negative: • The major downside to Soly’s location is the poor network reception across the main service providers, which can make it a challenge to stay connected or reachable during your visit. WE is the only network that works there. • While Wi-Fi is available, it tends to be unreliable and slow, which might inconvenience those needing a steady internet connection. Final Verdict: Soly’s stands out not just for its stunning location and view but for delivering a consistent, quality dining experience that resonates with both the heart and the palate. With its warm atmosphere, diverse menu, and reasonable pricing, it’s a place that beckons for repeat visits. The Oriental sausage pie alone is worth the journey, adding to a menu full of gems waiting to be discovered. While the connectivity issues might deter some, they also offer a chance to disconnect from the digital world and immerse fully in the moment, making Soly’s an ideal spot for those looking to enjoy good food and great company, away from the distractions of the outside world. A true jewel of Corniche El Mokkatam, Soly’s is a testament to what a dining experience should be—delicious, welcoming, and utterly unforgettable.

Soly’s Restaurant in Cairo offers a modern, stylish atmosphere with a mix of Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and Egyptian dishes. Known for fresh ingredients and flavorful meals, standout options include Egyptian classics like Koshary, grilled meats, and seafood. The service is friendly and efficient, though slightly slower during peak times. While it’s moderately priced, the quality of food and service provides good value. Overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone looking for a delicious, comfortable dining experience in Cairo.

It was an amazing place and the food was superb 👌 but I have no idea why they changed the chef and the friendly staff a couple of months ago. The food tastes horrible now (except the grilled chicken, it is still great) and the quality is very low. The new staff is still figuring out what to do 🤷‍♀️ We used to go and spend the whole day with its three amazing meals enjoying this amazing view. Now we eat somewhere else and go there to enjoy the view only.

I went there with my coworkers and supervisor. First of all, the name changed, the meals are pricey far more than the portion size and quality. They got one of my friends a chicken barbecue pizza without chicken. When she complain, they put her some chicken on the side. Two of my friends and 1 of the kids complained of a stomachache. My best friend and I were sharing a ranch pizza, the ranch was super salty and gave us heartburn. I was holding the last piece and eating it on the plate, the waitress asked to take the plate and I looked at her showing her the pizza and she went away and said sorry. 1 secomd later her colleague came and took the plate..while I was still eating. They made a problem with payment as we asked if we can pay by card and they said yes but then said that it isn't working and hasn't been working for a while!! Overall, it wasn't a fun experience. At least we had a good company and we met together. But it wasn't a pleasant experience for any...

VERY RUDE STAFF! DO NOT RECOMMEND! The staff and the manager are awful. I had a reservation and was told there is no minimum charge. When I was leaving, they told me we were LE550 short of the minimum charge. When I explained what the person on the phone has said, the manager made fun of us publically for not paying. I tried to explain it was the fault of the person who answered me on the phone, but he permanently banned me from the place lmao. It was so funny that he thought that was a punishment, but, nevertheless, this is very rude. AGAIN DO NOT RECOMMEND THE SERVICE IS AWFUL. THEY ARE VERY...
