I had 2 sujook(oriental sausage) and 2 liver sandwiches as well as fries Sujook was soft which is not the texture I like for it and lacking in spices however my friend liked it soft so it may be a matter of preference. The liver was great and in very small cuts so was easy to eat bite by bite it was well-flavored with spices Both had mustard and tahini sauce on them and were full of oil to the extent it was dripping from the bottom it was really disgusting for me to be honest cause I hate the oily sensation in my mouth. The fries was nothing special. At the table you have 3 sauces in bottles Their special spicy sauce which I really liked ‘ mustard which I think(not sure) had lemon in it and tahini and it is made more fluid so it acts as a sauce.
There was no gloves or any kind of utensils so u must eat with ur bare hands in this mess of sauces But they had a restroom to wash ur hands. Note : they were really stingy in giving tissues so u have to tell them to give u more than once Overall I have went to a better restaurant in Nasr City see...

I can say that Yokal is the best restaurant in Cairo you can eat beef liver there. I ordered beef liver and a grilled sandwich and both were amazing and tasty. But, the size of the sandwich is small and I wish they provided other sizes with reasonable prices.
Also, the sauces are all amazing and take the sandwiches to another level of taste.
The second order included Kofta and sausage with tomato sauce, both were amazing and tasted yummy.
However, I have a bad comment that you can't order from anywhere if you are out of the zone, you will not find them on any food application like Talabat and if you call their hotline they will not take your order if you are out of the zone. I hope they start to take care of this point and to expand to cover most...
Read moreWith a bit tacky and to say Twitter-verse interior and branding that would seem ironic to some, Yokal delivers exactly what you'd think it would do... A slightly uplifted and clean Egyptian sandwiches experience.
All the food was on point but maybe not the kofta, still absolutely had no effect on the food experience.
Yokal capitalizes on something that a lot of food places fail to understand which is that some people would like to try as many foods as they can before getting too full.
If you are looking for a cosy setup, definitely don't eat in and order it to go or delivery ... The seating is reminiscent of older kebda places like zizo and others but on purpose, I personally found it social, entertaining and creative but it's understandable if others don't feel the same.
Also props for the cashier in the afternoon shift, she was friendly and...
