Butcher's Burger — Restaurant in Giza

We ordered a Talabat order, and this chain threw the driver under the bus. When we called and complained at how late the order was (~1.5hr), the first response was, “the food didn’t reach you yet? We already sent it off”, then another response we got was, “you should contact your driver”.

The order came in 2 hours and 20 min after we initially ordered.

It was as if the reason our food came in late was because of the driver, but when we received the food, it was warm, and we had an extra lemonade as an apology. It was obvious the food was made last minute and the driver was then pressured with time because of that. Great food, but service needs...

Westown hub truly exceeded my expectation when it comes to their customer service. I can honestly say that they truly care with their customer and take matters seriously.

Their watermelon with mint smoothie is so refreshing and one of my favorite drink there ❤️ The chocolate waffle comes with a schoop of vanilla ice cream and it is such a treat! As well as the churros :)

Mr. Mokhtar, their branch manager and his assistant ahmed gamal did a fantastic and excellent service for us and for that, we'd be coming back over and over again! Truly...

Food is good and good value for money. Always fresh and big portions. The fries taste home-made. Service was excellent - never had to call the waiter to ask anything. If you love burgers - I recommend the Mushroom burger. We also enjoy the chicken salad and barbeque buffalo wings.
