Butcher's Burger — Restaurant in Giza

Good taste (expect high prices tho) but terrible service from staff. They are acting like treating you well, but it's very clear how they are filled with hatred towards the customer for no real reason, even if you speak normally and respectfully to them (Also the fact they are speaking loudly with each other with bad language, which can be very distracting especially if you are trying to relax)

Of course, speaking of my own experience, and not all staff members were like that, but most of them in my visit to the restaurant were, which definitely put a bad taste in my mouth and may cause me to not go to the restaurant again

Also, it's important to note that the receipt contains taxes and service fees not mentioned to you at first, I do expect high prices, but at least mention what I'm gonna pay beforehand (which they refused to say) so it's very misleading and opens the chance of charging you way more than expected..

Other than that, restaurant decorations and atmosphere were nice (decorated like a late night bar), and location is pretty relaxing as it's located near the more modern sections of the mall, but will only recommend going there if staff behavior towards the customer changed...

First min. was like the last, everyone treated me with a wide smile which states the very good training from the upper management team. Although my order was extremely small, but I felt I was having a special treatment!! However, it wasn't only me, I believe they treat all customers this way. With my appetizer order, even the manager came to check on it in such a nice way.

Service was 7 stars, very fast and with hot food.

All employees are very presentable and professional. As a business researcher, I would say they've applied all the four Ps of marketing. They deserve all the best, as literally they made my day. Many thanks for everyone who adds a touch to this...
