I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Butcher's Burger in the Mall of Egypt, and what an unforgettable experience it was! From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me like royalty, exuding warmth and genuine hospitality. I ordered the burger with the brisket, and what a disappointment. The burger was too thin - I'm sure it's not 220 g - and tasteless. The brisket was chewy. I also could barely taste the blue cheese. Same for the onion - little portion. The coleslaw needed a little bit more mayonnaise as it felt dry, and it was so small that it took me 2-3 bites to finish it. Fries are good. Now for the bad service part - I was exchanging points to cover invoice. I asked the waiter to send the code through sms,and NOT call, to the number on the account which happens to be my husband's. He eventually called. Why? Because to him 30 seconds is too long to wait for the code to be received, and so HE prefers a call.

I also can't believe that the total was EGP 380 for this. TOO overpriced. I'd better go to Daddy's...

One of many bad experiences from this branch but i never complained , we ordered 3 plates by 10:08 pm and the branch had very few customers 2 tables max, by 10:30 a group of 5 people sat down and ordered and got their full order by 10:50 ( everyone of the had their plate !!!) and we haven't gotten a single plate ! By 10:55 we got the nachos and told us 5 minutes tops to get the rest , 10 minutes went by and we got nothing,,, i pointed to the manager that the delay is without reason .. i cancelled the rest and this is how i got my nachos for take-away .. upside down !!!! Who puts a plate of nachos like this and he handed the bag with the utmost disrespect.. What's sad is that was my last meal here in Egypt...
