TGI Friday's — Restaurant in Giza

Subject: Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Service at [Fridays -Mall of Egypt], Cairo

To whom it may concern,

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I recently experienced at your restaurant in Cairo. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve encountered.

A staff member, a short man whose name I was unable to obtain, displayed a highly unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. When we requested to sit at a table and add one chair, he rudely refused, even though we witnessed another table next to us being allowed to do exactly the same. When I politely asked to speak to the manager regarding this unfair treatment, he bluntly told me, “We don’t have a manager,” and dismissed my request without any attempt to resolve the issue. We then Decided to leave the restaurant and not eat there.

Such behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment’s commitment to customer service. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately to prevent similar experiences for...

I don't even know how to start this review. I am an avid visitor to TGI Fridays in the Mall of Egypt. I have eaten in only one other branch in Dubai and was not so impressed but this branch, in Mall of Egypt, is incredible. When I go to any eatery, i don't just look for taste but quality of ingredients and service too. What a pleasure of a surprise it was to come across all of these qualities in TGI Fridays Mall of Egypt. Their food is hearty and made with care. I must admit it was their food that initially caught me but what has absolutely blown me over is there SERVICE! The waiters are incredibly polite and always have a smile, greet returning customers with a handshake.... They make you feel at home.

Talking about feeling at home, the assistant manager Abdel Hamid is happy to cater to any of your dietary needs. He is such a kind man and I appreciate so much that I am able to go to a restaurant and still be able to stick to my eating plan. These people are wonderful! Terrible experience, from food served stale and not hot, boneless wings that i had to chew as I'm chewing a rubber stick, the service staff that told me the price of an item has changed and not updated in the menu and serving me something else and argues that the item is the same and then tells me the sauce is different and then tells me this item is not being served anymore. Funny enough that he tells me we're not trying to rob you! It's not about the money mate, its about eating what I want to eat not your choice! Very confusing and conflicting stories from this service staff which actually raises a red flag to not come again. Other dishes were below average to bad. Overall a never go to...
