First we entered the restaurant but no one asked where we prefer to be seated or how many persons expected to arrive, anyway after we choose the table and the waiter took our order, another waiter came with the salad without any bread or spoons or forks or any thing I can eat with so we had to ask for bread or spoons and wait. We ordered and paid for medium size shrimp 🍤 and fried filet fish and grilled filet fish, the food was served without placing plates to eat in so we have ask them for plates and wait We were so hungry so we started eating but after a while my wife draw my attention that most of the shrimp served was smaller than medium size shrimp so I asked the manager about it and he said it is normal because the shrimp was بلدي not imported so it is normal to be in various size (I am not convinced) The restaurant doesn't offer عيش بلدي with the food only عيش شامي and my son has certain allergy and can't eat عيش شامي so I had to leave the restaurant and go to buyعيش بلدي The food was over priced I paid 650 l.e. for 1/2 fried medium size shrimp,1/2grilled filet 1\2 fried filet and...

The food itself was delicious (10/10) and fairly priced, but the overall experience was frustrating:

Late Arrival: Pre-ordered a day in advance for Eftar, yet still waited 30+ minutes past the expected time. Incomplete Order: Half of my food never arrived, and I was only charged for what I actually received. While fair, it ruined the meal—I ordered specific dishes for a reason! Zero Service Effort: No apology or urgency to fix mistakes. Felt like they didn’t care.

Food: 10/10 Service: 0/10 Value: OK (but only because I paid less for less food…)
