مش عندهم امانه و مش هشترى منكم تانى، عيب جدا استغلال ان بشترى من دريف ف مش هاخد بالى. جبت honeycake و بطلعها من كيس لاقيتها سايحه و سخنه جدا ده معناه انها مكنتش محطوطه فى تلاجه و كريمه بايزه. للاسف كنت اتحركت من المحل و معنديش امكانيه ان ارجع. عيب اوى اوى اوى اللى حصل ده و انا مش مسامحه اللى طلع الكيكه بالمنظر ده If i can give zero , I would. I just got a cake and when I got it out of bag it was melted which means it was not in the fridge for a very long time, unfortunately I got it through drive thru , when I noticed we already left the place

Always dirty bathrooms. Whenever we coming here - dirty floor, no napkins. This time female employee was occupying the bathroom, listening music there, and asking me to use male bathroom which is so dark, with wet & dirty floor, wih no soap available. Dear female employee, sorry for disturbing your musical party, hope you enjoyed 🤮

Overall, coffee & food is ok. But will avoid this...

Coffee is nice To Be Honest. Place neeeeeddsss new staff. Staff that at least smiles at customers knows how to treat them and who are know basic human decency. Overall atmosphere is nice but gave it a poor rating because sadly staff still play a huge role in that...
