I had an amazing experience at Cairo Caizer , South Park, Madinaty, and I just have to give them a huge shout-out for their outstanding staff!

The team is incredibly friendly and genuinely makes you love the place. My food didn’t take long at all – just the right timing – but what really impressed me was how generous and thoughtful the staff were.

One of them asked me about my drinks, and when I said I hadn’t ordered any, he smiled and said, “It’s on the house,” and brought me two colas instead of one!

A little later, they started offering me extra sauces and pickles, and the portions were super generous.

When I tried to place a second order for ice creams, my Visa card got declined , and I couldn’t complete the order. Guess what? They surprised me with two huge ice cream cones for free!

Even while leaving, when the ice cream started melting on my hand, one of the staff immediately followed me with a pack of tissues to help out.

So basically, I walked out with cola, sauces, pickles, and ice cream on top of my order – all thanks to their amazing hospitality.

Even if they hadn’t given me all this, their attitude alone deserves a big round of applause. Cairo Kaizer – you’ve nailed it with your staff selection! Honestly, I’d love to meet the HR team who hires such incredible people.

I had a very disappointing experience with Cairo Caizer. My order arrived extremely late — well beyond the expected delivery time — and the food was completely cold upon arrival. To make matters worse, since my order was pre-paid using my Mastercard, the restaurant refused to issue a refund despite the poor service. The delivery rider simply dropped the order and left without any attempt to resolve the issue.

This experience reflects a serious lack of customer care and responsibility. I truly hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their delivery service and refund policy to ensure other customers don’t face the...

Finally good and tasty kaizer shawerma 🤩.. we found it while we were looking for a late night snack, they are specialized in one type shawerma either beef or chicken and personally i see restaurants like these excells in thier work.. i took 2 beef and i was amazed by the taste that i got another 2 😍😍. I will defenately go back for the chicken...
