I am not sure what the designation is of the men in black suits here. I interacted with mr Amr & mr Suleiman. Even though they sorted the issue which was parking ticket related.

The tone and body language was as though they were talking to a servant and not a customer. They have no clue how to communicate in a polite manner. It’s like they are lecturing you and telling you off. I could go on and on but no point.

What could have been an amazing experience was ruined due to lack of respect and bad attitude of the staff. That too without raising their voice or being angry. Imagine that!! No eye contact, raising their hands, talking to you as you are a child. I was honestly stunned.

I would rather die of hunger then go at a place where men in suits are so full of themselves.

Good food and ambiance means nothing when the staff doesn’t know how to...

حرام عليك!!!! Yesterday night you serve us chicken and meat kofta..when I open the packet my little daughter said :"ça sent pas bon" which is mean that it's stinky!!! I found it very true what she's saying.. I directly knew something wrong when I have put a piece of chicken in my mouth... And even the kofta. .. but I was hungry and I lie to myself that everything is ok... Today we are all Sick my wife,me,our 2,5 years daughter having all super dry mouth feeling all very thirsty and having all diarrhea. Mister, when your meat is old it's okay to throw it instead of "cooking it goog" you may kill people!! Especially that my daughter is very sensitive to food... You really killed us..we are traveling in Egypt sinds 1 months and halv and it's the first bad experience we have with food . Shame on you what you did.. you deserve too close...

The place is nice we have spent around 355 L.E. which is like 7$ for 2 people, there were also some leftovers that we couldnt fit in ourselves anymore and we are big big eaters.

Basically I would say, that for 7$ you can get food for 3 people easy.

But chicken is expensive there, it costs 134 L.E. for 1/4 of a chicken, in Al Antably right on the other street you can get 1/2 of a chicken for 150 L.E. or something close to that.

Orherwise nice experience, food takes a while to get to you, staff is OK, sometimes the younger staff is very friendly to tourists like us and the food is amazing.
