I made the mistake of going to Ritchy's tonight for dinner. I am always mystified when I go to an establishment that somebody put effort and thought into. Now it is a total disaster, nobody cares about anything. Where is the person who spent so much time and money to start this business? Clearly, they have given up. We sat down and made our order. We were the only customers other than 2 guys smoking shisha. I ordered veal scaloppini and fried calamari, my daughter ordered popcorn chicken pasta. I also asked for a bottle of red wine Chateau De Granville, the waiter informed they didn't have this wine. I asked him why since there was a retail store a few hundred meters away. He didn't know so I ordered another local (Egyptian) wine. The waiter came back again and said they didnt have this one either. I decided to go to the beverage store and get it there. When I returned, I was told there was a 150LE service fee for bringing your own wine. I told them I wanted to purchase it from them but they didnt keep their wines stocked. The calamari arrived shortly after I returned. It was small spindly pieces, completely over-cooked, dry, and hard or chewy. Edible but not good, we were hungry by then, so we ate most of it. We had to ask for small plates as they thought we would just eat it from the bowl. Next the main meals arrived. My daughters was a bowl of very overdressed pasta with balls on top. These were supposed to be popcorn chicken. My plate was even worse a heap of spaghetti with a large slab of what appeared to be shoe leather. I asked for the menu so I could review what I had ordered, what they served in no way looked like what I was expecting. No what they brought was not what I ordered. There was no resemblance to veal scallopini. I rejected the meal. Theye returned a few minutes later with the same meal adding a small cup of mushroom soup. I told them to bring my check. They panicked and found the manager; I assume they had to wake him. He was very apologetic and wanted to have another chance. I told him I had lost my appetite and just wanted the check. They charged us for calamari and water. Please, I read the poor reviews and decided to try them anyway. Don't make my mistake, don't ruin your dinner, this place...
Read moreWe had such a wonderful experience at Richy Lounge Sharm! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The setting is beautiful, with a perfect mix of indoor and outdoor seating, making it great for both cozy evenings and lively nights out.
The food was absolutely amazing — fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. They offer a lovely mix of dishes, with a touch of Mexican and Spanish influences, and every plate we tried tasted incredible. The cocktails and drinks were equally impressive, and the shisha was smooth and enjoyable.
The staff were fantastic — so friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They really make you feel comfortable and ensure you’re enjoying your time. It’s clear they put a lot of effort into creating a great experience for their guests.
What’s great is that Richy Lounge works for different moods — you can come for a chilled dinner, relax with shisha, enjoy live music, or even watch sports on the big screens. It’s also family-friendly during the day, with a kids’ area available, which makes it a great choice if you’re coming with little ones.
Overall, Richy Lounge Sharm is a fantastic place to eat, relax, and enjoy yourself. The combination of amazing food, great service, and a lively yet comfortable vibe makes it one of the must-visit spots in Sharm El Sheikh. We’ll definitely be...
Read moreRestaurant not bad, but has a lot of flows!!! Unprofessional stuff: they don’t know menu, prices, can bring to you salad with half of ingredients just because kitchen doesn’t have all of the necessary products! How come?! A lot of mosquitoes inside and outside. And they doesn’t provide anything to avoid it. But they have!!! So if you are smart, you can ask about any insects killer. Take care about cheque amount: they can write higher prices than in menu! And this is the main awful thing!!! The chef doesn’t have any standards in cooking. Even menu is not orienteer for him.
Goods: Kids playground (frankly, just because of it I visit this restaurant). Pleasant atmosphere outside, but just when they don’t switch on TV or crazy music with full volume. Desserts (but with it you also have to be ready that half of it they...
