Chopsticks & chill — Restaurant in South Sinai

I've been a regular customer at Chopsticks & Chill in Sharm El Sheikh, hoping for a consistent and enjoyable dining experience. Unfortunately, my recent delivery order has left me feeling quite disappointed.

While the food quality at Chopsticks & Chill is generally decent, their service has been a recurring issue. It's not uncommon for orders to arrive with missing or incorrect items. However, my latest experience was particularly frustrating.

When I called to report that an item was missing from my recent delivery, the delivery driver was incredibly rude. Instead of addressing the issue, he told me to call the restaurant myself and left. I was taken aback by his unprofessional behavior.

I contacted the restaurant to inform them of the missing item and the delivery driver's rudeness. The staff apologized and assured me that they would deliver the missing item promptly. Unfortunately, I've yet to receive what I paid for.

It's disheartening to see such a lack of customer service from a restaurant that I've frequented in the past. I hope that this experience is a one-off and that Chopsticks & Chill will take steps to improve their service...

Oh so disappointing.. ordered takeaway and went on picture's of one of the dishes I bought.. Szechuan chicken witch did look the same but tasted nothing like it should have which would be spicy and not like sweet and sour... Grilled vegetables..Mmmm, well these turned up in a dish half full of a horrible tasting liquid and they looked like they had been cooked for quite some time in this fluid as no sign that they had been anywhere near a grill.. 2 stars as food arrived quickly and was hot...

I ordered vegetable noodles, which were very basic in taste. I could make them better at home, and that’s reason enough not to go there again. I also asked for kimchi, but that abomination of napa cabbage chunks in vinegar had nothing to do with real kimchi, unfortunately. The matcha latte tasted like cocoa instead of the grassy flavor it should have, which was an obvious miss. The decoration and the local staff were the only good points of this otherwise...
