Manny’s Burger Sharm El Sheikh — Restaurant in South Sinai

We had lunch in Manny's Burger in Sharm el Sheikh in June. The prices on the bill were not the same as agreed. Food tasted quite okay (Texas Burger and New York Burger (the last mentioned too heavy on the meat). We ordered a special order of curly fries with bacon and cheese, really tasty, but the final price changed.And fresh mango juice ( 40 g on the menu, 55 on the bill). When complaining about the price difference, they commented " it's only 30 pounds difference". My daughter who's a student considered the price difference unfair and too big. The Food was messed up and the Burger came with no fresh onions inside the buns and we asked for caramelized onions but it came as a raw onion rings with a ready sauce on the top of it. the staff was extremely ignorant and rude we didn’t feel welcomed at the place and it has the lowest hospitality rate I have ever seen in Sharm after living there for 10 years.

The only guy who deserves to be there and he really worked hard to fulfill all our requests was Abdulrahman he is so kind and polite and he did fix some of the issues but not all of them unfortunately.

Unfortunately, my experience at this place was disappointing. The food was fair at best, but what really stood out was the unprofessional behavior of the staff. They clearly lack basic customer service skills and seemed completely untrained in how to deal with guests. Even worse, the person who appeared to be the manager (or owner’s representative) was shockingly rude. He showed no understanding of how to communicate respectfully or professionally with customers.
