Incredible food. I went on Thursday Thai Curry night. The food was 10/10 and I am a foodie so that’s a huge compliment. Also been to Thailand so my palate is trained in my opinion. The food was excellent, restaurant Is beautiful. The Hyatt itself is so nice but I am not staying there- drove from 20 minutes away. Right when I thought it couldn’t get better- I had the ice cream and fried banana dessert. Heavenly. God bless the chefs, they do an amazing job. Cannot praise it enough. Don’t forget to call and reserve ahead of time. If I were to complain About one thing- our first order took an hour to come out. That was quite a while, but once the food came out and we ordered more it came out within 5-10 minutes. Luckily it was totally worth it when it did come out and I had great company so I didn’t feel the time. I am already looking forward to the next time I will go. first time we try tahi restaurant in hayat regency we sow many good comments about it,what we saw ,first ? we didn't plan to go so we didn't have reservation, we decided to give a try , entrance of hayat with friendly welcoming , arrived to restaurants they ask if we have reservation we said no , host answer is it not problems we have free table , was chose to set inside restaurant or in open air ,we set in open air weather was wonderful view of all hotel , we received worm tawel as soon as we set with asking if we need something to drink first before we order food , waiter was informed us that chef is number one in meddle East and second in Europe, but after we eat he is number one in the world , we enjoyed each piece, manger visit table to be sure about food service, there is great team behind all of that wonderful work, you have to try is one of the best , and...

Lived in Thailand for 5 years. The dishes I ordered are so authentic and amazing !! The juicy and tender beef soaked in spicy sauce full of basil, with young small-cut green beans. The medium spicy beef salad educated me again about how spicy Thai salad could be. But the mouth-washing refreshing flavor with unique Thai spices woke me up in a lemon grass field. Tom Yum soup is yummy, the flavor is so good that you can totally compare it with nice restaurants in Bangkok. Will definitely visit again.
