Beware. They double charge your cards! and they don't fix it! They wanted me to take a written statement from my bank showing the 2 transactions and to take it to their accountant. (my bank is from the US). Be careful when ordering staff will go out their way to suggest a good meal when in reality they are over changing extra portions. This is a perfect example of the " bait and switch method " you come in under the impression everything is included in a combo meal. But when it is time to pay you get a nice surprise. Choose wisely make sure your due diligence skills is on point.

Sin dudarlo no regresaría a este lugar, tienen muchos puntos negativos. Pedí 2 desayunos en el autoservicio, nos dijeron que tenía que esperar unos 25 minutos. Pagamos pero luego decidimos pasar al restaurante tal vez la espera sería menos. Pero al sentarnos y mencionarle al mesero nos dijo que era una orden diferente y que consultaría, le dijimos que estaba bien. Pasaron como 15 minutos y nada que nos decía, hasta que decidimos preguntarle y dijo que no sabia (así que el mesero ni siquiera había consultado) Al final nos llevó la comida pero nos dijo (que su jefa lo había mandado a decirnos que se hizo una excepción, pero que no tenía que servirnos porque en servicio en mesa teníamos que pagar el 10% de propina. Y como ya habíamos pagado no nos podían cobrar la propina XDD CREO QUE LES IMPORTA MAS QUE SE LES DEJE LA PROPINA A QUE EL CLIENTE TENGA UNA BUENA EXPERIENCIA EN EL LUGAR.. PERO BUENOO..
