Starbucks — Restaurant in Antiguo Cuscatlán

I love Starbucks but I admit we must have been there on a bad day. My mother had a question about our order, the lady that took the order made a mess of the explanation and got all exasperated with my mother.

I will be honest, my mother is quick to get things but she got more confused because of the way the explanation was made and it was super upsetting seeing the barista acting like a child fuming at my mother.

As a person that has worked in customer service I gotta say that girl was a disgrace. If someone doesn't get something you slow down or explain it in another matter. My mother is a senior citizen and I don't need someone to come and make her feel bad just because they could explained a simple promotion.

With that being said...the food and beverages were great...I still love Starbucks but still very mad at this place, in the future I will avoid going to this...

Quizás por ser tiempo de cuarentena pero, se tardaron un poco en atenderme ya que observé que había solo una persona atendiendo y el cliente de adelante andaba muy inseguro. Noté que en la caja habían dos personas, sin embargo, solo una señorita estaba atendiendo caja. Me molestó tener que alzarle un poco la voz a la señorita de caja porque ella no me escuchaba debido a todo el ruido que tenían sus compañeros 🙄🙄🙄. Sinceramente es muy molesto entonar un poco más fuerte la voz al empleado y que los compañeros no puedan bajarle un poco el volumen al relajo en consideración a la compañera cajera que toma la orden. Se equivocaron en mis bebidas ya que, claramente, pedí mis frozen SIN CREMA CHANTILLY y a todos les pusieron crema chantilly :)! Me volvieron a preparar mis bebidas pero era perdida de tiempo e ingredientes, por parte de la cafetería y tiempo para mí porque andaba algo apurada :/!!. Al Java chip creo que le faltó chocolate, ya que anteriormente había probado esa bebida y llevaba un jarabe de chocolate que no sé porque no se lo están poniendo o tuve la suerte que...

Starbucks stores in El Salvador are just about the same that Starbucks in Seattle, Mexico or Moscow. Coffee is decent, place is clean. But considering the average wage of a Salvadoran, and that Starbucks charges the same in El Salvador as in the USA, it is way too expensive. Not a place for tourists, but the choice for well paid local...
