We had an exceptional dining experience at this restaurant! The setup is beautifully traditional, giving us an authentic taste of Salvadorian culture. The hygiene and cleanliness were impressive and on par with European standards, which made our visit even more enjoyable.

If I can give this restaurant a 10, I would. Gracias to the staff who served our table, and Carlos the Manager. We were visiting here on a whim because of the proximity to our Hotel, (Intercontinental) and found a foodie gem! We ordered the steak with fries and the Sopa Gallina India, basically the soup is a organic chicken (hen) soup. Everything was fresh and tasty and a good local get away from the pupusas. Sadly the Mondongo soup was sold out, but I'll be back to try it sometime in the future!

Llegué sábado por la tarde y estaba concurrido pero había suficiente lugar para sentarse. Pedí un capuchino y una porción de quesadilla para llevar. El servicio fue bueno, los empleados todos muy amables, desde el señor de seguridad en el estacionamiento hasta los de adentro. El ambiente era muy agradable, familiar, pero también en un par de mesas alrededor de donde me senté a esperar mi orden, había personas como de negocios, extranjeros. Ahora, la comida. El capuchino que pedí costaba más de $3 y era alrededor de 6 onzas de café cuando mucho, me sorprendió pero esperaba que compensara con el sabor, y fué decepcionante. Sabía mal, café de mala calidad con mucha leche. Luego la quesadilla, costó $1.99 la porción, tenía un tamaño decente pero estaba helada, helada recién sacada del refrigerador, ni siquiera intentaron calentarla. Y encima de eso, sabía a esencia de queso, no tenía queso de verdad. Soy panadera profesional y eso era una buena torta con esencia de queso, pero no quesadilla. Mientras esperaba mi orden, ví el resto del menú, esperando quizá volver otro día. Los precios son altos pero pensaba que a lo mejor el sabor de la comida es bueno y lo vale, pero a juzgar por el capuchino y la quesadilla, lo dudo, puede que me equivoque pero no me siento invitada a ir por un almuerzo sencillo de casi $20 y que no me guste la comida, prefiero no ir.
