Maki cocina japonesa — Restaurant in San Salvador

Head waiter/ "owner" has an attitude issue and probably bi polar since the 1st time we came he was kind of pleasant yet annoying (had this weird, nervous, creepy laugh after every sentence) and today being the 2nd time we visited he was all attitude, weird and hand gestures like he could care less what the customer wants. Drinks were limited we asked for a "frozzen" and all he had was Coca-Cola or at least that's what he told us. He was mumbling and could barely understand what he was saying so had to ask him to repeat himself. Place is too small, bathroom dirty and small, for $11.99 you can't ask for much, the least you can do is make up for all the flaws with some good customer service. Wouldn't recommend at all. For all you can eat there are better options like Soho and for just overall best Sushi in my opinion Nación Sushi...

Voy a comenzar diciendo que ya habia ido a este lugar cuando estaba en los Heroes, y ha mejorado INCREIBLEMENTE!. Debo decir que al probar la entrada de Yakitori de Res, me arrepenti y pense que el resto de comida iba a estar mala, por que la carne estaba super dura... Pero al llegar el Ramen y el resto de la comida cambie de opinión! El Ramen estaba suave de sabor, un caldo muy sabroso!, el chasu, preparado a la perfeccion, y aunque el fideo no es hecho a mano, estaba cocido al punto, El huevo no es huevo ajitama sino huevo duro y un poquito pasado de cocción, pero nada grave, los ingredientes eran los correctos!(talvez una recomendacion al chef de dejar el huevo menos tiempo en el agua para que no se sobre cocine), pero a pesar de estas nimiedades QUE BUEN RAMEN!. Ahora El Sushi es un muy bueno tambien, no esperen sushi autentico japones, es una version mas salvadoreña, pero de muy buen sabor, el tamaño de la porcion esta bien, los ingredientes se sentian frescos y se nota que tienen cuidado al preparar la comida.
