I recently had the misfortune of visiting the "Bitter Taste" restaurant, and my experience was nothing short of a disaster. From the moment I stepped foot inside, the staff's poor attention was evident. They seemed more interested in their own conversations than in providing quality service to the customers.

The worst part of it all was the never-ending wait for our food. Two whole hours! I cannot begin to describe how frustrating it was to watch tables around us being served promptly while we were blatantly ignored. It was an insult to our patience and a clear lack of respect towards us as diners.

When the dishes finally arrived, the situation did not improve one bit. As the waiters brought out the food, it was done in a disorganized manner and at an absurd frequency. One dish every 5 or 10 minutes, completely ruining any attempt to enjoy a meal together. How are we supposed to have a family dinner when each person receives their dish randomly and at different times?

Furthermore, I want to mention the tortilla soup we ordered. What a disappointment! The soup was so thick that it resembled flavorless mush. It was extremely difficult to digest and, to be honest, it was repulsive. I fail to understand how a restaurant can serve such poorly prepared and low-quality dish.

In summary, my experience at the De Caché" restaurant was disastrous. The staff's poor attention, the excessively long wait for food, the disarray in dish delivery, coupled with an almost inedible tortilla soup, made it clear that this place falls far short of providing a satisfactory dining experience. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone, and I sincerely hope they improve their service before other customers have to endure such an unpleasant...

El Día domingo decidimos ir con mi familia al restaurante De Cache que está ubicado en la esquina de la San Luis, el Lugar es muy comodo, bastante fresco por dentro, muy limpio y ordenado, llego el mesero, muy atento y servicial, nos mencionó que los Domingo eran de Sopas lo cual hay, sopa de Pata, Sopa de Res, Sopa se frijoles y Sopa de Gallina, pero que ese día Ya no tenían sopa de Gallina, así que pedimos una Sopa de Res, te dan la opción de pedir Tortillas tostadas o fritas, después de unos 15 min aproximadamente llego nuestra Sopa, para Nuestra sorpresa, fue una sopa que no llevaba casi nada de vegetales y los vegetales que llevaba (1 o 2) ya estaban demasiados recocidos, llevaba 2 trocitos de cola de Res lo cual fue eso que le dio bastante sabor a la sopa, parecía mas bien un caldo sin vegetales pero bastante sustancioso, ya que se notaba que la sopa venía de recalentarse por un par de día, la porción era abundante de puro caldo y casi nada de vegetales, la Sopa no estaba lo suficientemente caliente para el tiempo que nos tocó esperar, la cuenta de este día fue de $17.50 aproximadamente en las 2 sopas, 2 órdenes de Tortillas y 2...

BUT at the time of paying I feel I was overcharge, when I ask for the receipt (because the waiter told me the amount to pay out of his tablet) he said that "the girl" has toss the receipt to the trash.
