If you want a fish bone in your ice-cream then this is the place for you.
Unfortunately we didn't have as great of a time as we wished.
They didn't have most of the things we wanted to order from the menu and the waitress just seemed to be over it. Decided on ordering three warm chocolate cakes, one coffee, one hot chocolate and one bottle of water. I was surprised that the desserts hit the table faster than the drinks and I was quite annoyed on having to wait on them. We were the only guest and they had three waitresses. They didn't bring no sugar for the coffee.
The icing on the cake was the fact that the kid took a bite of ice-cream that came next to those cakes and it had a fish bone in it. A FISH BONE in an ice-cream! Luckily she said that something is hurting her tongue and she didn't swallow it.
I had to do the forbidden wave to the waitresses and then she came over and I let her know about our fisbone ice-cream and no sugar for the coffee situation. She brought sugar but no news from the kitchen so I asked what the kitchen thought. The response was "they said it's really bad." That was it, so I had to practically beg and ask what does the restaurant think about this and she was like idk. And once again I had to be asking will we get some compensation or what. Then she left, came back and we got a 20% discount.
This whole fiasko to save 5bucks which didn't even play that big of a role. For me what annoyed me was the fact they didn't take this seriously. A fish bone in a childs throat wouldn't of been a nice thing and the lack of actual responsabilty was just odd.
I work in service industry and mistakes happen but just showing that you don't care is sad. We won't be coming back here, the company probably won't care about us not coming back but I do hope that the staff will get more training in cross contamination and how to deal...
Read moreWe ceme just before closing so there was quite a lot places where to sit. This place is dog friendly so we could come in with our dog with ņo problems. Menu is not huge, but the dishes there cover quite a big variety of foods (burger to steak). I had white fish soup - it was creamy and a bit spicy (as advertised). I loved this one. As a main I got catch of the day which was a gar fish. Hadn't eaten it ever. It was prepared tasty, not much sides on the plate but overall I was full after these two dishes (one of each would not be enough for me). My partner took the pork belly with fries. The meat was tender and delicious. Also we took a traditional dessert - kisel with caramelised flaks. Tasty, nothing too fancy. Main place itself was quite nice. Great view to any side. Indoor and outdoor seating. Staf is polite and helpful. Toilets however are a mess, a bit smelly and needs renovation and you need to ask for the key...
Read moreGreat service, great tasty local fresh fish dishes and fresh lemonades. Keep it up the same level of quality! We had a great time at your place after a long journey and a visit to a cool lighthouse! The swallows living under your roof gave me a sh+t, but it didn't upset me at all, on the contrary - it gave me the opportunity to feel oneness and unity with nature, honestly! Thank you for everything! You are doing great job and you...
