This place is the best cultural restaurant in Addis owned and operated by the Addis Ababa city administration. The food is fresh clean and original Ethiopian traditional taste, price is very affordable comparing with other similar restaurants. very professional staff and the place is very clean and inviting. It's perfect for families, events and groups. I haighly recommend for every one.

The taste of Injera, the sour fermented pancake-like flatbread made from teff flour, left me craving for more. 🍞 And who could resist the exquisite Ethiopian honey wine, Tej? 🍯🍷 A sip of this traditional mead made with honey, water, and the unique "gesho" shrub offered a delightful journey through Ethiopian culture and flavors. 🌿 Can't wait to return and savor these delights again! 🤩

Was here for a 1 day layover trip and absolutely loved the ambience food and honey wine . I definitely would recommend this place if you are a tourist or probably a local . Very polite staff and friendly people all around

I had a fabulous lunch with client a vegan dish in a legendary Addis Ababa restaurant it was really fabulous we enjoyed it. And also the honey wine was also quite tasty.

The restaurant is set in a more than 100 years old beautiful wood building. The traditional food is ok, but you are really here for the charming setting. Vintage
