Today I tried to visit one of kalds coffee cafe branch Wich located on street of Sululta exit around sheger mall .So what I saw very amazing on Derezegn(recipet) .They had enforced to pay what I did not get service.which was "Surcharge".This is Surcharge will be increase per service you served from cafe.For example,I had Heznet late and I paid 41 and some cents.So, This payment included Surcharge.I asked the waitress and the manager about Surcharge to explain for me . Please check the bill before you pay, it happend to me 3 times they added an extra additional items in the bill. When asked, the waitress said she said she will fix it, the other one said it comes in a pair which is a lie. We been having that single piece before and also in a receipt it indicates qty=2.
