La Morena Taqueria — Restaurant in Addis Ababa

I came here mainly for the rave reviews to see what the hype was all about. OMG...they had the best quesadillas in Africa! They were authentic, flavorful, and yummy! However, they put the fillings on the side (like cilantro, Pico de Gallo, etc) however it was still really delicious when piled on top of the quesdilla. Their salsas and guacamole are freshly made. You go up to the counter, tell them what you want (burrito, tacos, quesadilla, etc) and what fillings you want. They serve chips and salsa while you wait for your dish to arrive, and boy oh boy was it fantastic! If you're in Addis and want properly made Mexican cuisine do not miss this place, they know what they're doing. I'm definitely coming back. Food, service, ambiance, were all excellent and I appreciated the amazing hospitality.

Went with my friends the waiter came to take our order we told him we wanted to eat later but one of my friend ordered. The waiter (he was manic and said "you all have to order since you all are seating" but we wanted to eat after a little bit so we tried to talk to him so he threw his paper and pen and went off after a bit we ordered some food and iced coffee which was ruined the iced coffee was so sour we couldn't even taste it. Overall, the customer service was bad but the place is nice place to chill with...
