Little China | Sarbet — Restaurant in Addis Ababa

Believe me I love this Petit well done with the seating arrangement and love the color combinations of the wall with the wooden effect.

Little China has been my #1 to go and order any Asian cuisine, however, the Mongolian I had this Tuesday, absolutely needs a lot of improvement. The sauce was too runny, it wasn't as thick as i used to have before, the meat was too tough to chew so i gave up on having to eat it. The taste was really off, it literally had no flavour, so i had to incorporate it with the spice sauce.

Anyway, I really hope the owner can read this comment and tell me she will be fixing it 😒. The truth is, it's not just at the Sarbet branch it's all three (Sarbet, Kasanchis and bole) you have messed up.

The service on the other hand was exceptional. The only reason that's stopping me from giving a 2 star. The waitresses were amazing. I thank them for being cheerful and smiling along even when I was complaining. Thank you in a million.

Hopefully I'll visit real soon and see if they have improved!

Great place to eat in general. I wouldn’t call it a Chinese restaurant exactly, sure it has Chinese food menu, but not the traditional type of Chinese food, but the type you would expect to be at a Chinese restaurant, calling it little China is a bit too much considering it doesn’t have much to do with it. it’s still a good place to eat, has good food, the spice of it was perfect. I loved the drinks we tried the rose tea, if I remember the name correctly and it was really nice.over all great! definitely a 10/10 experience! would come here again on...

Food - my food was really good (chilli beef w fried rice). the meat samosas were disappointing. expensive for the portion and tasteless. Service - was just okay! there are times need to try a few times to get attention even to pay bill and rush out but the server was very polite and attentive when engaged.
