It was my last day in Fiji, and I wanted to have a nice dinner and drink on the beach. When I walked in, I was a bit lost. There was no sign to say I should wait to be seated and nobody to tell me I can go sit down. It was two for one drink Tuesday, but is only applicable to cocktails. I don't drink cocktails, but had one to make use of the offer. The first one was good and looked beautiful. The second one had less care, with all colours mixed together, and tasted a bit watered down. The music was very loud and overwhelming, so I kept moving seats as far away from the bar as possible, even if it meant I was initially burning in the sun. The food is expensive so I made very careful choices, only to be told that at 4:45pm half the menu is not available. I had to settle for $30 fish and chips, which I didn't want. How do you run out of food before dinner even started? The best part was when the power cut out and there was a bit of silence. I walked down to the water's edge and the waitress came chasing after me like I'm some sort of criminal, telling me I still have to pay. How am I going to pay if there's no power? The power came back on and I paid. Then the side gate, where I entered, was locked, and I had to walk all the way around, which is difficult for me suffering from mobility issues. Overall a very sad last day.

Went for an amble down the beach and decided to check out the Beach Club. It's one of those bar / pub restaurants that you can just enjoy the beer in the sun. We decided to have dinner. Menu. Well it's like pub food. Fish chips pizza type of thing. The prices were fair and the bench style seating on a sandy beach were all good. The front of house staff are very personable and good. Ordered a Bbq Chicken Pizza and Fish n Chips. Well the pizza base was so hard you would use it for wake boarding. Obviously they either make pizzas for summer fribees or have no idea how to make a pizza. The topping was dry and overall it was pretty bad. The Fish n Chips. Firstly the fish batter was pretty good. Different herbs n spices. The fish however was dry brittle and chunky. The chips were spare but ok If hoped for better. So it's a great view but never eat there again, sadly just a hard no.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! The Beach Club Wailoaloa is a dream destination for food, music, and unbeatable service. Mama is truly the best—her energy, kindness, and professionalism make you feel right at home. She delivers world-class service with a smile and genuine heart. She made our entire visit unforgettable. The live entertainment is absolutely next level. A phenomenal singer performing American classics and current hits had the entire crowd vibing—so much talent and the perfect atmosphere. The food? Next-level. The BBQ half chicken is the best I’ve ever had—seasoned to perfection, juicy, flavorful, and unforgettable. And that view? Straight-up paradise. Oceanfront with palm trees, a sea breeze, and the kind of sunset that makes you stop and just take it all in. This is a must-visit spot in Fiji. 5 stars all the way!
