We ordered two pizzas with delivery on Friday at 18:30.

After waiting for one and a half hour for the delivery person to show up, (the delivery time appox kept rising while the time went on) we got a phone call from the delivery guy who was lost and couldn't find our house that's clearly marked with a number directly next to the street the address points to. Even Google maps directs directly to the house.

A young delivery driver drove the car like he was a rally driver. Apologised for not finding our house because "he usually doesn't deliver here" (and you won't because of me, anyway). Forgot my dipping sauce and asked if we ordered it since he didn't have it with him. It reads there on the fricking order confirmation you had printed out for us you genius.

Asked if we wanted to wait for him to drive back to the store and bring it with him taking, god forbid, anything between half an hour and two hours judging by his previous record of lightning speed delivery. Needless to say we didn't want him to waste everyone's time anymore.

Delivery time ended up being 95 minutes instead of the approximation of 60 mins.

Pizza was room temperature because of the ridiculous delivery time. Otherwise the pizza was as good as expected, although I didn't enjoy it as much as I would have with the dip.

Kotipizza is pretty pricey and I don't think they are well off if they keep offering this kind of service.

Dyr pizza. Vi beställde två pizzor, en Texas och en Tropicana. Först kommer de ut med Tropicanan, med de går med den till ett annat bord. Mannen som får vår pizza upptäcker inte detta direkt. Han sätter oregano/pizzakrydda på den. Då upptäcker han att han fått fel pizza. Han gick tillbaka med pizzan. Då tar servitrisen samma pizza och går till oss med den. Hon säger inget om att en annan kund redan haft den. Pizza nummer två är också fel. Den är bakad med fel pizzadeg. Vi får också påminna om våra såser/toppings som vi inte fått. Sedan får vi fel toppings och måste påminna personalen om att göra rätt. Pizzan var ingen höjdare, usel pizza. Inte konstigt att Kotipizzas etablering i Sverige blev ett fiasko. Pizzasallad vet de inte vad det är. Vi erbjöds ingen kompensation för allt strul. Gå inte hit!

Expensive pizza. We ordered two pizzas, one Texas and one Tropicana. First they come out with the Tropicana, but they go with it to another table. The man who gets our pizza does not realise this right away. He puts oregano/pizza seasoning on it. Then he realises that he got the wrong pizza. He goes back with the pizza. Then the waitress takes the same pizza and brings it to us. She doesn't tell him that another customer has already had it. Pizza number two is also wrong. It is baked with the wrong pizza dough. We are also reminded of our sauces/toppings that we did not receive. Then we get the wrong toppings and have to remind the staff to do the right thing. The pizza was not great, lousy pizza. No wonder Kotipizza's establishment in Sweden was a fiasco. They don't know what pizza salad is. We were offered no compensation for all the mess. Don't go here!

Kallis pizza. Tilasimme kaksi pizzaa, yhden Texas ja yhden Tropicana. Ensin tulivat Tropicanan kanssa, mutta menivät sen kanssa toiseen pöytään. Mies, joka hakee pizzamme, ei tajua tätä heti. Hän laittaa siihen oreganoa/pizzamaustetta. Sitten hän tajuaa, että hän sai väärän pizzan. Hän menee takaisin pizzan kanssa. Sitten tarjoilija ottaa saman pizzan ja tuo sen meille. Hän ei kerro hänelle, että toinen asiakas on jo saanut sen. Myös pizza numero kaksi on väärä. Se on leivottu väärällä pizzataikinalla. Meitä muistutetaan myös kastikkeista/päällysteistä, joita emme saaneet. Sitten saamme väärät täytteet ja joudumme muistuttamaan henkilökuntaa tekemään oikein. Pizza ei ollut hyvää, surkea pizza. Ei ihme, että Kotipizzan perustaminen Ruotsiin oli fiasko. He eivät tiedä mitä pizzasalaatti on. Meille ei tarjottu mitään korvausta kaikesta sotkusta. Älkää...

Quality varies here a lot. Sometimes the base is thick and sometimes thinner. If you want thin base go to classic pizza or via tribunali. Also sometimes the ingredients are unequally distributed.

At the restaurant is the normal Kotipizza setup. Not so nice and you don't want to spent time there.

Then again the quality of the ingredients at Kotipizza is excellent. So if you care about the origin, ethics and quality what comes to incredients, then this is the place.
