So far the best Far East Asian restaurant that I have been to in Helsinki. My rating is compared to the Far East Restaurants in London and London would be my favourite place to go for a Chinese meal. However, we loved the seating and the welcoming from the staff. They were smiley and knew how to give excellent customer service. We ordered spring roll and prawn crackers for starters which was served with a house sauce which tasted really good. For main meal my wife ate Fried Chicken balls with rice, and I had fried rice noodle with chicken and prawns and we were both happy with our meals.
Toilets were clean and hygienic. Good use of spacing between tables to move about in the restaurant without disturbing other customers whilst walking in the restaurant. Good seating plans and catchy pictures and interior design to give a different theme to your classic Far Eastern Restaurant. Recommended for families and friends.
We went on a Saturday evening after 8 pm and was still busy on weekend. So call before making your way to see if they have seats. They were almost full house when we had arrived and more people arrived after us. As we left there was only one table free...
Read moreThis place is a true gem. The place is full of American stuff on the walls etc. The staff is so helpful and friendly, and the waitresses empty the tables immediately after the guests leave.
The hottest ala-carte dishes are plenty enough hot (if you dare to ask for really hot), even for my chili-addicted taste. The lunch buffet price-quality ratio is great. The buffet food, like always, is not too hot so that everyone can eat it. Especially the chicken quality is great, and other meat is good also. The buffet is fresh even after the prime time. The minced meat soup was also great, I had to take it again twice. For price-per-quality, staff, and the atmosphere, the place is 5/5. For the food itself I'd give a 4.5/5. If you're after hot chili food, remember to explain that you can eat really hot food, and they give what...
Read moreFor sake of old times we visited a restaurant that used to be on our schedule about once a week 10 years ago. Unfortunately it was not the same anymore, prices have been increased quite a lot and there are charges for anything extra; a glass of tap water costs 0.80€ even if you order food! That is outrageous in my opinion. Also a take-away box for leftovers costs 0.50€. The food was delicious but the portions are rather small...
