Makaronitehdas Ainoa The waiter couldn't communicate neither in basic finnish nor basic english so that he could take our order and couldn't even smile and be more friendly. Same goes for all of the staff. I asked about the variety of pasta I could choose from and I was informed that I could pick between spaghetti and bugattini. I picked the bugattini and got spaghetti. My dish (mushroom pasta) was decent but my husband's (bolognese) was not good at all. The pasta was overcooked and the meat was chewy like a gum. We also ordered a chicken Caesar that we wouldn't have been served if we hadn't had reminded the waiter about it. The kitchen was open and we saw the cook frying the chicken and serving it straight from the pan on to the salad. Are you serious?? Hot chicken straight on the salad? Generally not the best salad I have eaten but definitely one of the most expensive for no particular reason. There were no other customers so there is no good excuse for messing things like that. I visited this restaurant today with my wife and was extremely disappointed by the service. From the moment we walked in, the waitress seemed uninterested and practically rolled her eyes at us, as if we were an inconvenience to her.

When the menus arrived, she walked away without a word. I had to find someone else to ask if English menus were available, and after getting confirmation, I returned to the table and waited, only to see no menus brought over. Our waitress was nearby but made no effort to deliver them.

After I asked a second time, she finally brought the menus, but the poor service continued. When our food arrived, it was dropped on the table without any check-ins, no “How is everything?” or “Is everything to your liking?” We weren’t even offered dessert after finishing our meal.

Overall, the staff were incredibly rude and inattentive.

Tilattiin 4 pastaannosta Ainoan Makaroonitehtaasta pari viikkoa sitten Woltin kautta. Wolt on toiminut oikein eli virhe on tapahtunut ko.ravintolan kokilletai tilauksen kerääjälle. Annokset olivat väärin keräilty. Olimme tilannetyhden gluteenittoman pastan ja kolme tavallista.Mistään ei selvinnyt,mikä annoksista oli gluteeniton.Yritettiin soittaa ravintolaan kysyäksemme, mikä annoksista olisi gluteeniton.Voisimme hyväksyä väärin toimitetut annokset, jos edes tämä oltaisi voitu selvittää.Puhelin lyötiin korvaan eikä koskaan soitettu takaisin. Ei myöskään ole vastattu nettisivuille tehtyyn palautteeseen eikä selvityspyyntöön. Olemme aikaisemmin käyneet paljon Iso-Omenan Makaronitehtaassa, hyvin kokemuksin. Nyt koko ketju Classic Pizzaa myöden totaaliboikottiin luokattoman asiakaspalvelun vuoksi.Surkeaa toimintaa ,hävetkää. Ei koskaan enää tähän ravintolaan.
