I have been to Biang ( in Ainoa shopping center) for lunch a few times. The buffer has many varieties. In general, the food is tasty. Some of the dished are a bit too oily and salty, but since it's Sichuan food, i can accept that, even in China, Sichuan food dishes in the restaurants are more oily and salty than Guangdong dishes.
I also went to the dinner with my friend. Two dishes we ordered are really good. I gave 5 start for the dishes we ordered. They served food very quickly. However, it would be nice if the waitress is more friendly. I have been there twice met the same waitress ( she is not Chinese but Asian looking), she always had bit cranky face, no smile at all. If you ask something more ( for instance we want the boxes to take away the leftover), she showed the impatient face, which makes you feel you are bothering her.
Strongly suggested the owner to give the staff more training about how to serve the customers with...
Read moreAte 3-4 lunches here with family in last one year. Dumplings very good here. So is brinjal preparation and generally the buffet. Place is small but often full in lunch time.
WHAT IS BAD? Two features stand out. 1. They are not child friendly. 2. The water glass is small (about 170ml) and there is no jug and you will queue up for water each time and each person may take 30-40 seconds at the dispenser table which also holds coffee!
They discourage kids, children. Which is not the usual norm in Finland. They are too worried and ask promptly about baby food even if baby is visibly 0 year old! For kids, they charge a fixed price and not by ikävuosi (which I don't mind if they were nicer). You can read negative reviews here from other families, I am sure. I've not seen a more hostile restaurant in Finland toward you know what. Maybe Biang France would...

The waitresses completely ruined the mood due to their utter unprofessionalism and lack of respect. Everyone knows that a 1,5-year-old chooses what, when and if to eat so there's no point buying them a meal until they show interest. We specifically said we will pay the 2 euros for her if she eats. The waitress keeps on hovering around our table and immediately I took 1 noodle off my plate to give the child, and all hell broke loose. It was so embarrassing that she started shouting at us about how we have to pay because the child is eating... very unprofessional considering all circumstances. Food after that tasted awful and everything felt horrible! Crazier is the fact that they even dared say we wasted food coz the baby didn't eat. If u have kids, stay away. Other places will treat u respectfully and...
